Where Ideas Take Form

Phase 1 suites can be built out for prototyping and early product development. Tenants bring their own tooling and equipment into flexible shell space — Verdexium does not market a turnkey shared prototyping lab as a current amenity. A shared community lab is planned for broader equipment access (funding pending).
