Developed by Sellmark Corporation—an industry leader in outdoor technologies and tactical gear—Verdexium was created to address the growing need for a domestic ecosystem that supports rapid, end-to-end product development in highly regulated, performance-driven industries. More than a facility, Verdexium is a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening American manufacturing, accelerating innovation, and reducing dependency on foreign supply chains.

At its core, Verdexium is designed to empower startups, engineers, and small manufacturers with access to cutting-edge resources typically out of reach for early-stage businesses. The center brings together advanced prototyping tools, high-precision manufacturing equipment, robotics, AI-powered automation, and ruggedization labs under one roof. Phase One of Verdexium, covering 167,500 square feet, is currently under construction and scheduled to open in 2026. The full campus is planned to grow to 450,000 square feet over multiple development phases, making Verdexium the anchor of Mansfield’s emerging Innovation Corridor along Heritage Parkway.
